Some of my very sweet friends gave me a gift perfect for ME! I have been excited to sit down… take a few minutes and see what encouragement and knowledge I can glean from the pages of this book. Already… I’m excited to read and journal through Devotions for a Healthier You by Katie Farrell . This morning I started my day with prayer… speaking God’s Word and promises over my life and the lives of my friends and family.
