My son and I love hard boiled eggs… well he likes the outside… I like the whole thing. I like having some on hand for snacks and to put into my tuna salad. Anyway, I had seen a post about how making “boiled” eggs in the oven is quick and easy and perfect and I decided to try it out! I’ll tell you… It worked out perfectly! These were FLAWLESS Hard boiled eggs.
So… here we go…. I followed the instructions from FamilyFreshMeals.com.
I placed my eggs in Mini Muffin Pans and put them in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes.
If you need Mini Muffin Pans.. check these out on Amazon…
Then, I took them from the oven and placed them directly into ice water for about 10 minutes.
Afterward… they peeled easily and were cooked perfectly!
I keep my eggs unpeeled in the fridge until I’m ready to use them. I use a sharpie and place an X on the boiled eggs to easily identify which eggs are boiled and which are not. There may be other ways to store boiled eggs… I’ll have to check into that. But, I mark them this way because it’s what my mom taught me to do and it works well. (Yes, I’ve made the mistake of not marking them and had to crack several before finding the eggs I was looking for. It’s much easier to mark them immediately.)
So, there ya’ go! Easy and Flawless Hard Boiled Eggs.
As always, share this blog post if you think it will help anyone out! And, comment below and let me know if you try it and how it worked for you. I’d also like to know how you store your boiled eggs.. feel free to comment.
Blessings for health and wellness!
